Fantastic experience: The best thing we could have done for our wedding was hire Kate Deegan from Perfect Details. She helped make the day so much easier for us and the months leading up to the wedding I had no worries because Kate had us so organised leading up to the big day. Fantastic experience: From the very beginning, Kate’s guidance, organization, and calm presence meant so much to my husband and me leading up to our wedding day. Seeing everything come together exceeded even our highest expectations. The flowers were breathtaking, the décor was stunning, and every single detail was executed so thoughtfully and beautifully. Throughout the day, we were able to fully enjoy each moment, knowing everything was in such capable hands. So many of our guests commented on how seamless and beautiful everything was, and that is entirely thanks to Kate and her team’s incredible work. Fantastic experience: Choosing Kate Deegan from Perfect Details as our wedding planner was hands down the best investment we made for our wedding. From start to finish, she helped us with absolutely everything. The vendors and supplies she recommended were incredible, and her guidance made every decision feel clear and stress-free. In addition to planning, we also trusted Kate with the decoration and floral design of our wedding—and wow. The flowers for the ceremony, the table arrangements, and my bouquet were just fantastic. Truly fantastic. Everything was beautifully curated and perfectly aligned with our vision. Kate is straightforward, extremely organized, and truly knows what she’s doing. I did a lot of research before deciding to work with a wedding planner, and everything I had read about her professionalism proved to be 100% true. We decided to get married in April 2025 and ultimately chose December 14, 2025, for an intimate celebration of 50 guests, including my husband and me. From the very beginning until the final moments of our wedding day, Kate held our hands and guided us every step of the way. Everything ran smoothly—honestly, perfectly. I’m a very strict and picky person, and on top of that, I decided to source our invitations, menus, and all stationery from Brazil. Kate was amazing throughout this process—helping us make decisions, keeping track of deadlines, and always being open and flexible, even with last-minute requests. It’s truly hard to find such an outstanding professional. We were incredibly lucky to have Kate, and we cannot recommend her enough. Thank you, Kate, for everything you’ve done for us. Fantastic experience: WOW!! We can't say enough about the incredible work of Kate and her team. We were looking for someone to help us with the details and I can tell you, Kate is truly the queen of perfect details. The work that she did to make our daughter's wedding was incredible - we were awestruck. She patiently listened to everything we wanted and was kind and responsive to all of our questions. The final product truly took my breath away - it was the most beautiful wedding I had ever seen. Kate is truly a pleasure - you know you are getting the core of Irish values, general loveliness, and professionalism. Most importantly, she is a visionary who can turn an idea into something more spectacular than I could have imagined. I truly loved working with Kate and would recommend her wholeheartedly!!!

Fantastic experience: I got married at Dromoland Castle this past April and used Kate/Perfect Detail for coordination & decor. She came highly recommended by the castle and I quickly learned why. I was planning the wedding from the USA and I don't think I could've done it all without her. Just her ability to bring the decor I had in mind to life was impressive enough, but then add to that her extensive knowledge of/relationships with local vendors, and her calming presence the day of the wedding ... thank you again, Kate, for helping to make my wedding day everything I dreamed of and SO MUCH more. Fantastic experience: We cannot recommend Kate and her team enough! We had an international wedding, and it was a very busy lead up for us and our families. Every single detail was taken care of and turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined. We were able to enjoy every single moment of our day and be fully present. Special thanks to Roisin who was with us on the day. She was such a joy to have with us for all those special moments. Fantastic experience: Kate is absolutely exceptional at her job! I was going to DIY our wedding decorations as we were on a budget, I am SO glad we didn't! It was worth every penny and more (Kate also worked to our budget). The venue decor was even better than we could have imagined, I would actually say that for the work that was done it looked like it would have cost more. I didn't expect it to look SO good, I was absolutely over the moon with it. It felt quite literally, 'magical'. We wanted a more alternative look and I wasn't sure at first if I would be able to get this, I didn't have to worry, Kate took what I had in my head and made it a million times better. I didn't have a set theme in mind and I was a bit all over the place but Kate tied it all in beautifully. I would have booked in a lot sooner if I had known how happy I was going to be with everything, I should also note that we booked Kate with only a couple of months to go (I like to leave everything to last minute), I was pretty stressed with getting everything done on time but once it was handed over to Kate it all ran very smoothly, Kate also organized our cake and flowers through very high quality suppliers. I had sent a picture of the cake I wanted but Kate somehow made it even better! I had told Kate I wanted pastel colored flowers for the tables and I didn't know exactly what they were going to look like before the day, they were beautiful, I absolutely adored them! I didn't expect to have so many for our budget either. I didn't want an ''all white look'', I wanted a more pastel vibe, I somehow managed to end up with a color scheme of all my favorite colors without even asking, if I had DIY'd it, it would not have felt so special (this is coming from someone who did not want to spend the extra money), my only regret was not booking in sooner. I cannot say enough good things about Kate and perfect details, I wouldn't have been a person to have dreamed about my wedding but now I am actually so glad that I spent the money and made it extra special, it was a dream day.

Fantastic experience: Dealing with Kate was smooth and very easy. I was approached by email regarding a vegan wedding cake and had all organized within few clicks. When I saw pictures of the venue I could not believe how beautiful all looked. So glad I was part of wedding she looked after. Well done Kate!

Fantastic experience: Kate is excellent at what she does. She decorated our church & venue and also did our flowers. Extremely professional, always responsive to even smallest query/email. Kate and her team made our venue in particular look magical. Cannot recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: Weddings made of dreams is perfect details. Kate is such a good natured person who will just go above and beyond to make your day. I cannot imagine a better wedding planner. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: This is relation to a aisle runner purchased from Kate at Perfect Details. The aisle runner was very poor quality/ colour, cut unevenly and made of felt for Euro 200. Would not recommend purchasing this.

Fantastic experience: Kate is an absolute professional in her field! She is truly gifted at what she does! I booked Kate to decorate our wedding venue and I'm so glad I did. Everything looked amazing! No corner was left untouched.. she worked with us to what suited our budget and vision. Kate outdid my vision! The room was simply stunning, the smell of the fresh flowers from Victorian Posey still lingers. She created a dream wedding for us and from the moment I met Kate I knew we were in safe hands and I trusted her completely. For anyone reading this review I can't recommend Kate highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Kate Deegan is a miracle worker when it comes to weddings. My wife and I are from the United States and were worried about planning a wedding abroad. After speaking with Kate a few times via video and email, we knew we were in good hands. She made arranging a wedding fun and exciting. When the actual day arrived Kate orchestrated the entire day wonderfully and we did not have to worry about anything aside from enjoying the perfect day she created! Perfect details is incredibly apt--from the major events to the surprise little details, everything was absolutely perfect. My wife and I would both choose Kate and her team again if given the chance and would recommend them to everyone. A million thanks again, Kate!

Fantastic experience: Kate is absolutely excellent! She did everything to make a perfect wedding for my wife and I just this past Summer. Her vendor recommendations were phenomenal, without exception. Her decor was beautiful, and she worked completely with our vision in mind. The on-the-day coordination was essential, and Kate was level-headed, encouraging, and on the ball throughout. It felt like everything went right. What more to say? We cannot recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: Oh my God....what can I say...it was PERFECT!! I was in absolute awe of it all...I sat there trying to take it all in...it was out of this world beautiful. I cannot thank Kate and her team enough for it all. For listening to my thoughts and being able to produce exactly what I always wanted for my dream wedding. Fantastic experience: If I could give Kate 10 stars I would! Not a day goes by that I don’t think to myself how grateful I am for both my wedding day and my wedding coordinator. Planning and executing a wedding from America in Ireland can be incredibly stressful. As if finding the vendors and venues wasn’t hard enough, trying to coordinate a group of your friends and family on your day can get unnerving. I gave Kate my fairytale wedding day dreams and she soared with them. From her spunky, upbeat attitude to her eye for decor, she is the coordinator I would recommend for any wedding. She worked with my budget and made the arrangements I just wasn’t able to. She juggled our day around the weather and made sure we stopped for a potty break - very important I might add! Kate was a joy to work with. I highly recommend her and her team. We are still blown away by the Perfect Details of our wedding day; thank you Kate
