Obrigada pessoal por serem profissionais e ao mesmo tempo acolhedor. Luma Parabens pelo seu trabalho!! Deus abencoes vocês todos! In 2023, I had my first contact with the MWeds . They applied for me to Stamp 1 (work visa). Michelle was the lerson who helped me, and even though she was pregnant and almost in her final months, haha... she gave me all the attention in the world, and thank God and her my visa was approved. Last year it was time to start the last renewal for my Stamp 1 visa, and Luma assisted me. I can say that Luma is also an excellent professional, and many times I was a litlle desesperate to make everything work out. But she was super kind with me. I believe I wasn't very calm, and she never let go of my hand, haha. Luma continued to be very professional and attentive, even I was a little desesperate. She put herself in my place because many times she explained the same process several times with great care. Thank you, everyone, for being so professional and at the same time so kind. 1 year ago Positive experience: Contratei a assessoria com o objetivo de ter mais tranquilidade e segurança durante o processo de casamento — que é naturalmente complexo, burocrático e emocionalmente estressante. No geral, as orientações passadas foram úteis e ajudaram a esclarecer dúvidas importantes. No entanto, acredito que o suporte poderia ter sido um pouco mais completo, considerando o valor investido e a natureza delicada do processo. Em etapas como a organização de documentos — por exemplo, digitalizar e anexar todas as páginas do passaporte em ordem e em PDF comprimido —, acabei precisando resolver sozinha, inclusive precisei pagar por um app externo (devido ao numero limite de tentativas diária) , o que gerou custo adicional... Outro ponto que me deixou um pouco desconfortável foi a falta de tato em um momento simbólico: no dia do meu casamento, recebi uma ligação da empresa para tratar de um casaco perdido por outros noivos no cartório, sem nenhuma menção ou felicitação pela ocasião.. Acredito que pequenos gestos de empatia e atenção fariam muita diferença na experiência como um todo. De forma geral, acredito que a experiência teria sido ainda melhor com um pouco mais de atenção aos detalhes. Entendo que são muitos atendimentos no dia a dia, mas pequenos gestos e um cuidado mais humanizado fazem toda a diferença. No fim, é justamente isso que diferencia uma empresa da outra e torna a experiência positiva.
